What would you do if you lived alone in a remote village in the mountains and you could no longer stand the offenses and carelessness of your insolent neighbors? In one day, any day, in a small Russian village, life unravels with the usual gestures and habits of its few and strange inhabitants. Among them is a man who lives with the frustration caused by his neighbors who are disrespectful, noisy, and intrusive. Finally, the man decides to look at his life from another point of view, and to take the situation into his own hands and make an important life decision. But will his resolution change anything for the rest of the village?

Pavel Oreshnikov
Born in Russia in 1974 in a family of artists, he entered the VGIK State Film Institute in Moscow in 1991. For economic reasons and due to the social instability in Russian, he moved to the United States where he worked various jobs in order to be able to produce his first film. He then returned to Russian where he works as a director and screenwriter.
