The musician Flurin Caviezel travels across the Appenine mountains, the Padana plain, and the Veneto pre-Alps to discover Italian popular music and traditions. In addition to meeting and filming the musicians and their traditional instruments, Flurin talks with the builders of diatonic organetti and musicians in search of ancient melodies, in order to discover what influence traditional Italian popular music has had on the music of the Engadin region.
