The moving story of a woman who lost her sight more than twenty years earlier. However, this did not discourage her: she is not afraid, and has overcome every difficulty to raise her children and three grandchildren. She has lived for forty years in a modest village in the mountains. It is here that each morning, opening the window and feeling the light upon her face, she greets the sun and her land to which she feels strong ties, despite her blindness. The day arrives when, after a lifetime here, she is forced to leave for an uncertain future. The separation is sad, slow, and painful. For the woman, leaving her home is worse than having lost hersight. Not being able to see her land was difficult, but leaving it forever is like dying.
